Once your order has been placed and confirmed at NIKEIRA, we are unable to cancel it. Please ensure you enter the correct details when placing an order.
NIKEIRA do not offer refunds and have an Exchange Only policy. By purchasing from us, you are agreeing to these terms. All our garments are quality checked to the highest standard before going out for delivery. However, in the unlikely event you find a fault with your item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In order to obtain an exchange, you will need to email us at support@nikeira.com and send back the garment within seven days. Please do not send any items for an exchange without contacting our team first, who will advise you with the appropriate steps. All items must be unworn, unwashed and unmarked including makeup stains and perfume scents, with original tags in place and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges should the above mentioned not be adhered to.
NIKEIRA do not cover shipping costs for exchanges, this will be the responsibility of the sender. Please ensure you retain your proof of purchase (email order confirmation) and proof of postage. NIKEIRA do not hold any responsibility for missing items or items that we fail to receive, it is the sender’s responsibility to keep track of this.
